Login in or create a Geforce Experience account.
Once you're logged in Geforce Experience, click on account on top right corner and then click redeem and redeem the code.
If redeemed, at this point you can disconnect from the VPN and Geforce Experience and login back normally without the use of VPN and redeem the game on your
EA Origin
account from your Geforce Experience.
The game itself is NOT region locked and playing the game does not require RTX GPU.
